Your local council is the authority is responsible for collecting bins. We sync our data with the local council each day to ensure we have the most up to date information. Our service then makes that information available via an app. In addition each night we see what bins are due for pickup the next day and send a notification to your phone if you've enabled that feature.
Collection dates are synced with the local council each day. If you see an issue with the data shown please first check your local council website to see if they have updated their data. You can find when the local council is planning to pickup your bins here.
If what's shown on the local council website differs from Binformer please email support@binformer.co.uk.

If you are sure the bins were meant to be collected and they were not please contact your local council. The contact details are normally on the council web page with your bin collection dates.
We sync data constantly. If your bin collection day changes we will update the app within 24 hours.
We are adding new addresses every week. Right now we support any address in Leeds and Great Yarmouth.
